Once weighing over 300 pounds, Cavan knows firsthand the power of transforming both mind and body. His journey began in 2009 when he lost 100 pounds, igniting a passion for fitness that led him to a career in personal training. Cavan went on to help build the largest CrossFit gym in New York City, where he trained and supported thousands of clients. When gyms closed in 2020, Cavan took the leap to focus full-time on helping others reach their best selves.Cavan believes that sustainable progress is built through clear vision, a supportive community, and consistency over time. What time commitment is expected upon joining the community?

We recommend dedicating 45-60 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week for workouts. Our community will host 3-4 exclusive calls per month where community participation in encouraged. However, it's all flexible—you can scale up or down based on your schedule. For your nutritional goals, this will be a daily process. Your participation and engagement in the group will earn you prizes, coaching and access to exclusive events. The key is consistency over time, not perfection every day.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Results vary, but many members notice increased energy and improved mindset in the first 2-4 weeks. Physical changes typically start to show after 6-8 weeks of consistent effort, but the biggest transformations happen over the long term—think months, not days.

How can I get the most out of the community?

Engage regularly! Attend live events, participate in discussions, and follow the workouts and nutrition guidance. The more you invest in the community, the more you'll gain—physically, mentally, and socially.

What does your workout program look like?

Our programs blends strength training, functional movements, and conditioning. You’ll train four days a week, with workouts designed to be completed in 45-60 minutes. It’s optimizable, so whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you can adapt each session to your level.

What does your nutrition guidance look like?

While our programs do not have a specific nutrition focus, Inside of our free community we will focus on balanced eating that fuels your body for performance and longevity. Expect guidance on protein intake, smart carb choices, and healthy fats, all while leaving room for the occasional indulgence. It’s about sustainable habits, not restrictive dieting. What is your cancelation policy?

You can cancel your membership anytime, no hard feelings. We will hold you to our 30 day cancelation policy. We believe in flexibility, so there are no long term contracts locking you in. Just let us know, and we’ll process your cancellation. If your request come within 30 days of your next billing cycle, your payment will process and you will have access to the group throughout the duration of the membership.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. Our workouts are optimizable, meaning you can adjust the intensity, equipment and time based on your current fitness level. Whether you’re just starting or have experience, you'll find a program that works for you.

What equipment will I need?

We design most workouts to require a traditional gym space. We also provide guidance for optimizing workouts with minimal equipment. Our training app has a function to switch any movement based on that movement group, allowing you to stress less and sweat more!

Can I follow this program with a busy schedule?

Yes! Our program is built to fit into a busy lifestyle. Most workouts are 60 minutes or less, and we offer flexibility in how you engage with the community and resources.

Do you offer support for injuries or special conditions?

Yes, our community and coaches provide guidance on modifying exercises to suit your needs, whether you’re dealing with an injury or any other special condition. Always consult your doctor first, but we’ll help you adapt.
